Hob Stones at Dusk

Hob Stones at Dusk - Landscape Photography
Halloween sunset at the Hob Stones, on Brownlow Roacher, near Wharncliffe Crags. Looking towards Wharncliffe Lodge.

Legend tells of the Dragon of Wantley that was slayed by More of More Hall and is mentioned in Walter Scott's Ivanhoe. A small cave called Dragon's Den still exists at the crags, nearby Wharncliffe Lodge.
